First of all, it's been a while from our last update! I hope you all are healthy and you are having a great start of 2021. May your heroes in the Creation continue to bring you glory and fun even in this crazy period!

Today is an important and extremely exciting day for us and we wanted to share it with you: finally, after many anticipations, Primal: The Awakening is live on Kickstarter!!!

Primal is a deck crafting boss-battler experience, featuring a unique card-driven boss-fight system, huge character customization and amazing large-scale miniatures!

If you appreciated the card-play in ELO Darkness, we are sure you will love Primal!

Fulfillment Complete + A look into the future!

Hey everyone!

We are proud to announce that the fulfillment for ELO Darkness has successfully been completed! 

Thank you to all of you for believing in this project. 

We are super excited about the thought of the game set up on your table! :)

Reshipments and Replacement parts

While the majority of you received the game in February, the deliveries continued throughout the last months, where we have been working in order to support any issues arisen during the process. 

A few last replacement requests and reshipment orders are currently being handled by the fulfillment hubs and most of them are already on their way. We are still constantly in contact with Quartermaster Logistics which is coordinating those operations. Of course, feel free to message us for any questions you may have.

IMPORTANT: If you never received your game, please contact us immediately to report the issue via Kickstarter private messages or writing us at [email protected]. For logistical reasons we need you to notify us as soon as possible so we are able to start a reshipment procedure from within your shipping region.

FAQ & Rules Translations

We have prepared a FAQ document we are happy to share with all of you. We hope it will help in case you have any doubts on specific rules. I want to thank all of you who helped us collect questions and feedback from the community (thanks in particular to Referee and Iguloy for their amazing help)

In the meantime we are also happy to share the link to download the rules translation in Italian and French (many thanks to Kelvin Tang for the french translation!). We hope we will be able to provide other translations soon as well.

... AND NOW?

Well, here we are at the very end of this amazing project.

We worked hard, we failed, we learned a lot from our mistakes, we succeeded, we met and worked with awesome people, we have grown both as a team and as individuals.

Now we are ready and excited for the future of our company.

ELO DARKNESS REPRINT + EXPANSION

Many of you are asking us about this. We are happy to say the answer is yes: we started working on the Expansion for the game since we want to support ELO Darkness for a long time. 

We don't have a date yet, but we hope it will be within 2019. Since we would really like to involve the community in the process, we plan to share some surveys about character design ideas very soon.

In the meantime...

A NEW PROJECT IS COMING

With the experience we gained in the last years and after enlarging our working team, we started a very ambitious project.

It is going to be a unique game experience featuring an epic campaign set in a completely new universe.

We will announce the project very soon on our social media revealing more information on the game. For now, here is a very first sneak peak of the project art we decided to share with you only!

I hope you will be as excited as we are :)

Shipping Update - Delivery!

Hey everyone!

We are very excited to say that deliveries have finally started and the process is going to be completed soon in every shipping zone!

Many of you have already received the game and it's awesome to read your comments and to receive your messages. We are very proud and happy to know ELO Darkness is going to hit your table soon :)

Shipping Recap

Now, a quick recap of the fulfillment lanes:

US/RoW: Shipping is now in progress and all backers are receiving tracking info from Quartermaster Logistics. Deliveries are starting! 

CA: Snakes&Lattes is handling shipments in Canada. Deliveries are expected for the next week.

EU: GamesQuest started delivering the game in Europe! If you haven't received any tracking info from them, it will be a matter of hours. Deliveries should be completed in all european countries within next week.

AU: Aetherworks already shipped the game to backers.

ASIA:  VFI already sent many games out to hubs before CNY which has been great since the travel time can take a while. Shipment is expected to be completed in all countries by the end of the month. Please, consider transit time in Asia varies a lot based on the different countries.

Deckboxes (community generated content)

Meawhile, I am very happy to say some of you independently created deckbox files (ready to be printed) and decided to share their work with all of you.

As a creator, it's really great to have such an active and creative community.

Shipping Update - Fulfillment

Hey everyone!

We are very happy to say everything went great with the vessels. After clearing customs we finally entered the last step of the fulfillment. We are in close contact with Quartermaster Logistics receiving updates on the process.

Here is the current state for each shipping lane:

US/CA/RoW - The ship has been regularly unloaded and checked in. QML is handling the product and fulfillment is going to start in the next weeks. Deliveries are expected to be completed within approximately 3 weeks (4 weeks for Canada).

EU - The ship was due in port last Friday. GamesQuest received the product this week and fulfillment is currently in progress. Deliveries are expected to start in early February. 

Australia/Asia – Product already arrived at the fulfillment centres in the first half of January, fulfillment is in progress and delivery is about to start!

Many of you are asking us for tracking information. You will receive tracking info via email directly from the forwarder (based on your location) once your package is ready to be shipped.

Let me say we are super excited to be so close to the end of the process! We will publish another quick update in the first half of February to share an updated report with you.

Shipping Update - Vessels on their way!

Hey everyone!

We are happy to say all products have been shipped out from the factory early this month! Ships are currently on their way to the fulfillment hubs.
Our fulfillment partner Quartermaster Logistics is managing the operations and it is constantly updating us on the process.

Below is the current ETA for each of the different lanes. Please, consider that once unloaded the cargo, the next steps will be customs clearance and product transport to warehouses. Then, in 1-2 weeks, parcels will be prepared for the final delivery!

US/CA/ROW: Vessel is expected to arrive in the second half of January. Fulfillment will be managed by Quartermaster Logistics (US) and its Canadian partner.

EU: Vessel is expected to arrive in the second half of January. Gamesquest (UK) will receive the product and will manage the fulfillment in Europe.

AU: Product has been shipped to Aetherworks (AU) and the vessel is expected to arrive in the second week of January.

ASIA: VFI has already received the product by land and fulfillment is going to start in the next weeks! However, taking into account eventual delays for holiday season, deliveries will probably start in early January.

It's exciting to see everything moving forward and we will keep you updated on the operations as we move along the process and close to the start of deliveries.
